KKR Wellness Works LIVE Virtual VINYASA Yoga Class (Fridays)
Level: Intermediate-Friendly, All Levels Welcome

In this class, the foundational yoga postures will be practiced to promote strength, alignment and flexibility in the body.

This class will also feature occasional intermediate poses, which will be practiced with attention to proper alignment to support you in advancing your practice carefully and safely.

You can expect a dynamic, faster-paced class with an emphasis on repetition and breath alignment.

Posture modifications will be offered to accommodate all experience levels.
