Hatha yoga is the classical form of yoga in which all yoga is derived. In this class, the basic yoga postures are practiced to align and promote proper alignment and range of motion in the body.

You can expect the class to be slower paced with an emphasis on simplicity and ease of movement, as well as proper alignment. This is a great class for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on practicing foundational postures.

Posture modifications will be offered to accommodate all experience levels.
